Q: Are the letters different from last year?
A: Absolutely! Santa writes a new letter every year!
Q: When are the letters delivered?
A: Santa mails letters at regular intervals through December but cannot guarantee the US Postal Service delivery date. Santa will respond to ALL letters as orders are received!
Q: What if we are going out of town and we want to take the letters with us to our Christmas destination?
A: We recommend that you place your order by Dec. 8th.
Q:What if we want our letters to be mailed to our out of town Christmas destination?
A:We recommend placing your order by December 15th.
Q: Will Santa answer a child’s specific letter?
A: No, Santa is not able to answer specific letters, but his letters to your children are full of awesome information about life at the North Pole! They also include 9-12 personalizations specific to your children so they know Santa really is writing the letter to them!
Q: Can I pay for the letter online?
